THE RISE OF 100bpm Trap Music / Twerk Music / Ratchet Club Music

This week on ALL THINGS BASS RADIO, very shortly after the Choppa Dunks interview, Nuggiez Beats started spinning a bunch of great bass heavy, (roughly) 100bpm twerk trap tracks.
skip 21 minutes into the mix (click here) and you get this:

JayKode - Pots
Victor Niglio - Jiggy
Lorde - Royals (Caked Up Remix)
the Killers x Machine Gun 808's - Shot At The Night
Ric Stin & Treyy G - Booty Dip (Savage! Remix)
Beauty Brain x Dj Nexxa - Fuck The Police
Hoodie - El Mecanico (Corrupted Data Remix)
Dotcom - Booty Wop
Dogblood - Chella Ride (YOOK!E's 100 bpm Edit)
Spenda C - Murda
Diplo x Nicky Da B - Express Yourself (OSC∆RWYLDE REMIX)

With Trap music and EDM music in general consistently shifting gears I want to see the Big Room sound we're hearing in alot of house music merge with the 100 bpm twerk ish (that's just a personal want). And with people like DJ Snake, GTA, & Victor Niglio on the rise, I can safely say we'll be hearing alot more of these twerk heavy club bangers.

WILL TRAP FLOP IF IT DOES NOT GO POP!?!?

An interesting thing dawned on me the other day. Some girl at the club i was at was bitching that the trap music they where playing was dope but if it didnt throw some melody in it quick the "girls would get bored and stop dancing" and "whats the point if girls arnt dancing". After being a little butt hurt (being a trap fan) I realized she was right.
House acts (via Calvin Harris, Benny Benassi etc) & Dubstep artists (via Zedd, Skrillex etc) have all managed to shoot their particular genre up and into the masses because of catchy, poppy, accessible riffs and hooks. Dont get me wrong, Trap can be very catchy with its repetitive toned downed hooks but until there's a melody to go along with those heavy ass 808s I'm afraid the clubs hosting these trap events will become more and more.. well, "bro". \
The question is if trap gets poppy, will it still be trap? Will it still go hard? If its poppy wont it be lame and boring. Well, I will say that i would hate it if all trap got pop, but, there are already a sufficient amount of artists and remixes that do mix Top 40 & Trap successfully (*Trap-Pop list coming soon). I will also say:  Is any music good if your dancing at a club full of dudes (unless you're into that of corse). I love trap music, i feel its more for me then say, dubstep. BUT i will have alot of fun at dubstep shows because of the biddies. Hot girls flock these dubstep/house/top40 shows/clubs. You can find a very nice percentage at trap shows too but for how long? I'm hoping as a genre, "trap" can elevate even further in the clubs, masses and lure in big booty hoes everywhere. Will it? only time can tell but i wouldnt rule the idea out completely. Trap music in hip hop can definitely be found in more poppy form (via T-Minus, DJ Spinz, Mike Will Made It).
So producers.. time to remix some Dr Luke or David Guetta. Dont let the haters be right about Trp going anywhere.
